COCHRANE/BEAUMONT – 2007 and 2008-born female athletes from across Alberta will hit the ice this weekend as 2022 Alberta Challenge Regional Selection Camps get underway on Friday.
Regional Selection Camps run April 8-10 in Cochrane and Beaumont, with athletes competing for one of 120 spots (20 positions on each of the six regional teams).
The 2022 Alberta Challenge will take place in Red Deer at the Gary W. Harris Canada Games Centre May 4-8, the second of three events for Hockey Alberta’s 2022 Spring Showcase, preceded by the Alberta Cup (April 27 – May 1), and followed by the Prospects Cup (May 11-15).
